Appartement magnifiquement bien situé. Pièce à vivre agréable. Accès aux chambres difficile dans la configuration et dans l'éclairage. Accès extérieur à l'appartement très difficile voire dangereux notamment pour le transport des bagages. Manque de finitions dans l'aménagement.

We recently spent a week at this lovely apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a wonderful stay in this region of France. We did not need our rental car for exploring this central area of Caen, but we did use it for day tripping. There is street parking available in the area, or the garage space can be rented from the owner for a very small fee. The garage is just a short walk away. A washer and dryer is available for use downstairs. The owner provided all information necessary for arrival and departure at the apartment. She also responds to any questions very promptly. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are able to return one day.
