Genaue das Passende für zwei Personen, die Toulouse erkunden wollen. Die kleine Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, ca. 1 km vom Stadt-Zentrum entfernt. Fußläufig die Stadt zu erkunden ist kein Problem. In der Nähe gibt es die Möglichkeit das Notwendigste für die Selbstverpflegung einzukaufen. Außerdem sind Richtung Innenstadt in ca. 500 Meter Entfernung einige Lokale. Der eigene PKW steht für 10 € pro Tag in einer Ca. 300 Meter entfernt liegenden Garage. Auch eine schöne Außensitzgelegenheit im Vorhof des Hauses ist vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Séjour agréable dans le quartier des chalets, bien au calme, à proximité de la gare et du centre ville et des commerces de proximité. Propriétaires accueillants , sympathiques et à l'écoute pour tous renseignements nécessaires à un séjour réussi.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel fidèle à la description, bien situé dans une rue calme et agrémenté d'une petite cour fleurie très agréable pour prendre les repas. Le garage à proximité est très pratique.

I really enjoyed staying at this rental for my week at a conference at the convention center. I rented a bike nearly every day and walked all around the city. It's a great location and the hosts are very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

We liked the location near the canal and the train station. The gite is tastefully remodelled and has a nice outside space. Our hosts accommodated our bikes and were very helpful. We found the gite clean and well supplied. We certainly enjoyed touring around Toulouse on bikes. We recommend this property to any couple visiting Toulouse and we would certainly stay here on a future visit.
