The property and the garden offer a breathtaking view over Menton, which you can enjoy sitting under lemon trees. Miguel and Maria were the perfect hosts and always welcoming and helpful.We are very grateful for a wonderful week.

Small but perfectly formed. Comfortable studio with adequate facilities situated in the garden of the owners. A private garden with numerous seats and loungers is designated for the sole use of residents of the studio. The garden areas is laid out with an abundance of flowers, shrubs, avocado tree and has a panoramic and picturesque vista over Menton and beyond to the Med. In the terraces below and enviable vegetable / fruit garden. The property is as previous reviews state, an energetic climb up the steps from the village, less so if a car is available as this can be parked nearer the house. The solution is to plan your outings and minimise the trips down to the town. Public transport is easy, cheap and plentiful along the coast as well as up to the many medieval villages which are well worth the scary journey up the twisty narrow roads which are not for the faint hearted. Maria and Miguel were very friendly and helpful. Their English is limited as our French is but communication was manageable. A delightful couple.

Beautiful property nestled in the hills of Menton. It had all amentities that were needed. Miguel was very patient with our lack of French. The 300 m hike (as it was a hike) back to the house from the coast is not for the faint at heart but good to help refresh after a food filled day in town! Would go back for sure!

Studio tres très bien équipé et tres propre.Le jardin et la vue sont fantastiques ce qui fait oublier les nombreuses marches pour y accéder. Maria et Miguel sont des hôtes très accueillants et très discrets. Nous avonw passé un excellent séjour et y retournerons lorsque nou irons de nouveau ici.

On oublie vite les quelques marches qui mènent à ce petit paradis tellement l'accueil de Miguel est chaleureux, l'appartement impeccable, la vue sur Menton est géniale, le jardin, amoureusement entretenu par les propriétaires, est rempli de fleurs, citronniers, orangers...et les confitures de Maria sont délicieuses...
