T3 68 m2,calme et sécurisé, Internet, parking privé, ANCV

We had a really good time in that apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. There was plenty of written information given on the equipment, on the city and the surroundings. The welcome was very friendly and uncomplicated. We also appreciated the parking facilities. When we had a little problem on the balcony, somebody immediately arrived and solved the problem. Communication was always quick and friendly. We highly recommend this beautiful and calm apartment. Thanks a lot for everything !

We enjoyed our stay very much except for the fact that the host only provided 1 small fan in the 2BR apartment. We knew that the apartment did not have air conditioning, but we did anticipate either ceiling fans, floor fans or table fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Our world including Annecy is getting much hotter. Therefore, if owners want to rent their apartments without AC, they should provide fans for guest comfort. It’s a minimal investment that means a lot to their paying guests. Lesson learned. I will not rent an apartment again without AC unless I can confirm there will be enough fans to provide some cooling on hot days and nights. Once again though, we enjoyed everything else regarding our 6 night stay.

Appartement spacieux et confortable ! Quartier tranquille et ballades le long de la rivière, 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville et de la vieille ville. On a adoré !

Appartement tres bien situé, calme. La vaisselle et la batterie de cuisine sont très complets Tres bien situé pour aller à Annecy à 15 mn à pied Boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble Vacances tres agréables

Cet appartement est vraiment parfait, tout y est, il ne manque rien. Lumineux, idéalement situé, proche de tout, situé au bord du thiou, ce qui en fait une véritable perle. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

A well set up apartment with everything you need. Close to the old town with a pleasant walk along the river. Peaceful at night time. A nice collection of books and toys to keep the kids happy, and plenty of tourist information as well. Good communication by the owners. We hope to return one day!

Very nice, modern aparment. All conveniances were availble. 15 minutes walk to the old town along a charming river. Excellent with parking garage where the car was cool on hot days. Missed that all information in the apartment was only avalable in french. Wish we could have stayed longer.
