TBS 168 – Studio chic et moderne

😢: I had unsatisfactory experience at this apartment. The place was poorly cleaned, the dishes were not clean enough, there was no hand soap, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out constantly. On the first day, I contacted the host regarding these issues. I specifically asked for a proper cleaning: the sofa cushions had white stains on them, there was hair on the (low-quality) bed pillows, and the floors were sticky. I even sent photos to the host via messenger. I also requested a stable internet connection. In response, the next day I found a trash bag hanging on the front door containing a single pillowcase and a bar of soap. This level of "service" is simply unacceptable. The apartment itself is very cramped and lacks proper ventilation. Because of the humidity, the bathroom door has swollen and barely opens. There is also no ventilation in the main living area. Furthermore, our request for an extra blanket was ignored. I stayed with a friend, and as we are not a couple, having separate bedding is a standard expectation that was not met. As for the Wi-Fi, it was only "resolved" by the host providing a password for a different network, which was slightly more stable. The check-in process is : you receive a 15-step instruction to even find the place. You have to navigate through a residential complex where the locals are clearly unhappy with guests passing through. The apartment is located near smelly trash bins and feels like it’s tucked away in a technical utility section of the building. Check-in is strictly at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM—something they reminded us of multiple times. If the host had handled the cleaning issues professionally instead of just hanging a trash bag on the door, I would have written it off as human error or a mistake by the cleaner. However, I feel we were completely ignored. I wanted to show my friend the beauty of Paris, and it is a shame that such dishonest hosts can impact a guest's impression of the city..

😊: All facilities, kitchen utensils, linens I needed to use are ready. Location is perfect near the metro, the bus, marché Daumesnil, Monoprix, and Inter marché. The appointment is very calm and cleaning service is perfect.. 😢: The windows are not good functioning so during the night, it was cold in winter.

😊: Excellent location! Metro line No. 6 is only about 100m away and is convenient for connections to all other metro routes. There is also a grocery store, bakery and wonderful Parisian restaurants right next door. The apartment faces the inner courtyard rose garden, it is quiet at night and you can keep the windows open. The apartment is excellently equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, there is a capsule coffee machine, microwave, toaster, large fridge with freezer, stove and even a washing machine in the room! Our bed was already prepared with spotlessly clean bed linen and towel sets, as well as a beautifully designed set with shower gel, shampoo and dental hygiene items! The shower and toilet room were clean, there was an electric towel dryer. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and were able to relax perfectly in this accommodation..
