😊: Location Clean comfortable. 😢: A working kettle.

😢: The property was easily accessible, clean and well furnished. However, the day before we arrived, they informed us the entry code would only be provided after we made an extra deposit payment outwith the Booking platform of €300. During our stay the washing machine in the property broke down and trapped our clothes inside. We had to leave without them. The owner claimed we were somehow responsible, held back €200 of the 'deposit', and disappeared, with no further response to any attempts at communication. Furthermore, the kettle was also broken upon our arrival, and on the second day of our stay some maintenance staff nearly battered the door off the hinges and told us they expected the property to be empty. There are plenty of other lovely places to stay in the city. Do not give these people your money..

😊: Apartment was perfect. It very clean, had everything we needed and location so close to the castle. Good communication with host. 😢: Nothing.

Luxury Apartment with perfect location<br>#128578; I liked the convenience of luxury right next to main town and close to castle which I booked to see bastille fireworks<br>#128577; Shower top bar holding shower curtain needs to be screwed in as it was loose, otherwise everything else was just great, loved every minute

Voortreffelijk<br>#128578; Ruim appartement, héérlijke bedden. Goede kookvoorzieningen als je zelf wilt koken. Groentewinkel beneden, bakker en supermarkt dichtbij. Kwartiertje lopen naar de burcht.

Appartement de choix à Toulouse.<br>#128578; Emplacement central pour visiter Toulouse. Boulangerie , fruiterie à proximité ainsi qu'un stationnement à quelques 150 mètres de l'appartement. Quartier calme . Tout peut se faire à pied.<br>#128577; Tout a été parfait . Il est certain que nous retournerons à cet endroit lors d'une future visite de Toulouse et de sa région.
