We absolutely loved the view from the balcony of this apartment! It was also clean enough and provided ample space for our family of seven, which was a huge benefit. We all slept soundly and enjoyed our time here. The only hiccup we experienced was upon arrival, as the instructions appeared to be outdated. However, the host was incredibly quick to respond and help us sort it out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness and the beautiful view.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. I stumbled into this property by luck/accident and could not be any happier with my experience. Let's start with the headline, you are staying in an upper story apartment on the Promende des Anglais in Nice. My wife and I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Promende. That was something we could do for a long time without getting bored. I read some other reviews about the dated style of the apartment. If that is a deciding factor for you, then stay in a hotel, pay a lot more money and you still will not have the view of this apartment. The apartment is spacious and when I rented, well within a budget. It is clean and again has breath taking views of the Côte d’Azur. If this apartment in available when you are traveling to Nice and you don't rent it, then someone else got lucky at your expense. I would love the opportunity to return to Nice and if I do, this is the first place that I will try to book. Merci de votre hospitalité.

The only satisfactory pro was its sea facing view, and proximity to the tram station. Checkin was totally horrible. We couldn’t locate the key in the mailbox for a while, after a long flight in. No one to help, host not reachable by phone. Door lock was so tricky it took us extra time to get in so we don’t screw it up! So many instructions, there should be a book written! Kitchen was not clean, bathroom not well stocked w toilet paper for the amount of guests, there were no towels when we reached. We had to buy some, while “someone” came in the apartment while we were away and left some towels! Bathroom had no toiletries. Balcony chairs were shaky and felt like they would break anytime. Everything was dated. Will not rent again.
