Sitting in a secluded hamlet of similar thatched houses, we felt that we had stepped back into another world. So tranquil and relaxing. Would suggest you take your own coffee cafetière as the machine takes 1 1/2 hrs to brew.
Beautiful location, very quiet, lovely outlook. Cottage well equipped and owners very helpful - we had a lovely time exploring the local area and relaxing at the property. The extra costs for heating and linen are ok, but should be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
The property is surrounded by endless nature. The next bakery and supermarkets are about 10 km away. In general it‘s a very quiet and nice area. The house is in a good condition and equipped with all you may need.
A great week in a beautiful and serene area of Normandy. A quiet, relaxing environment that catered perfectly for 2 families (including 2 dogs). Lots of lovely walks, exploring the historical nearby villages/towns with easy to reach supermarkets that sold the essential bread, cheese and wine.
Had a lovely time here. The gîte had everything we needed. Perfect if you want a nice peaceful getaway in a quiet rural location. Which was just perfect for us. We had a hire car and enjoyed exploring Normandy.

Wir hatten eigentlich für Ostern gebucht, mussten aber Coronabedingt verschieben. Dies war ohne Komplikationen möglich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und es war alles wie beschrieben.
This property was near the end of our extended French vacation and was a wonderful choice for enjoying a slower pace of touring -- very peaceful, quiet, remote place that had all the comforts of home. Our goal was to avoid large cities and enjoy the smaller villages, allowing us the opportunity to experience French country living. We very much enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to return.
