😊: Excellent location in centre of town but remaining quiet..

😊: Excellent location. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable bedding.

😊: Perfect location in the heart of Cognac. Interesting well modernised property which had kept its old features - beams etc. Stylish decor and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Great shower. The roof terrace was a real bonus, a gorgeous outdoor space to enjoy the warmth, the sun, the night sky and the sounds of the city.. 😢: We managed to park on the street round the corner for most of our stay, but then we had to use a car park. Quite close but awkward for loading at the end of our visit. You can get your car closer for this purpose, but only very temporarily..

😊: This property was easily accessible, with excellent vicinity to everything you would like to see in Cognac. It was peaceful, with relaxing vantage points in the living floor and an exceptional view over the old town of Cognac from the Terrasse. The staff were friendly, prompt and very helpful in providing a later check-out when we had a sick family member, which was extremely helpful.. 😢: The upstairs room becomes quite warm on the hotter days of summer and would benefit from air conditioning or a fan. The kitchen was well-equipped but there was no shower gel/shampoo which would have been appreciated..

😊: Fantastic location. This place is even better than the description. It is literally right in the middle of Cognac and everything is walking distance. The terrace at the top has amazing views of the bell tower and you have the feel of living in medieval Europe with the bell tolling and the wonderful cobblestone alleyways Its a fantastic apartment in a magic place. From a practical perspective, the place has everything you need. Two spacious beds, a great living room and a wonderful terrace. A small point, but an important one for me, was the the great shower. Hot strong flow with a simple walk in. 😢: Nothing really. Only thing I would say is that there are some steep steps, so not suitable for anyone with disabilities or walking difficulties. Having said that, Cognac pretty much wouldn’t be suitable generally if this was the case Otherwise the place is fantastic..
