Venus - Climatisé - Marina Baie des Anges

😊: The location of the facility was magnificent.. 😢: The room's air conditioning wasn't quite sufficient during the extreme heat..

😢: Very bad experience. In 42°C heat, we were trying to find this accommodation with our two-year-old child, but we couldn't find it. We went to a hotel at the same address, and the staff kindly called the owner asking him to come and meet us. The owner refused, even though the payment for the stay had already been charged to my card and was never refunded. They took our money and offered no help despite us travelling with a small child. I have filed a legal claim regarding this matter and would ask Booking.com to carefully review the many negative reviews of this property and consider removing it from the platform altogether..
