Vieil Annecy - Appartement 4 étoiles - proche Lac - Pâquier - Cœur historique

Tout est parfait dans ce nid bien placé dans Annecy à quelques minutes du lac. Juste un peu bruyant le soir mais c’est normal le quartier est animé! Je recommande et nous reviendrons!

Located on the 4th floor this modern apartment has everything you need for a luxurious stay. The location is excellent with restaurants, weekend markets and all the key tourist attractions in easy walking distance. Highly recommended apartment. Wonderful hosts.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the town of Annecy. The place was extremely clean and well appointed in a great central location. No complaints at all.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, gut gelegen in einer Fußgängerzone und schnell erreichbar vom See. Schon der mittelalterliche Innenhof des Hinterhauses ist beeindruckend. Trotz Dachgeschoss waren die sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr gut zu ertragen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, sehr modern und komfortabel. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass die Geräusche von der Straße kaum zu hören sind. Von einem Fenster hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Schloss.

Super séjour dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire est très précis sur les indications avant le séjour et très disponible pendant le séjour. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Il est tout est neuf et très bien pensé. C'était très agréable. De plus l'appartement est super bien passé en plein centre d'annecy et à 2 min du bord du lac, tout en etant très calme/ Seul petit bémol: il fait chaud dans l'appartement car il est sous les toits. Mais ça on y peut pas grand chose ! Merci Jean-Pierre pour votre accueil.

Logement agréable, propre et très fonctionnel. Bel emplacement dans le vieil Annecy, tout proche du lac.

Much care has been spent by the owners on the apt. Great location in old town close to shops, restaurants and the lake. Very clean. Note: 4 flights of stairs. Highly recommend. Great place. It was nice to have both washer and dryer, and toilet is separate from shower and sink which was convenient with 4 people sharing.

Annecy is an incredible location for active families (teens aged 12,14,14) who love great food, the our doors, history, scenery and an authentic experience. As most of the reviews say the climb with luggage is a bit challenging but once settled in it’s an incredible, easy to use, modern apartment with everything a teenage family needs. We stayed for three nights over a weekend - parked the car 200m away and used the local website to pay for street parking - free in Sundays. We found the 27 pages of instructions a little daunting but helpful and everything has been thought of to help with family logistics. Cooking, laundry, drying etc generous body products and very comfy beds. We cycled the lake twice. Visited the incredible Sunday markets. Walked the streets and soaked up the atmosphere on the lake front. Great value and extremely central.
