😊: Accommodation only so no breakfast! Excellent location in quiet area but still short walk to beach and shops. Modern spacious open plan downstairs with well equipped kitchen and decent fridge freezer. Additional garage space with washing machine was really good. Out door Space was private and contemporary. Sheets towels etc were fine. Host responded to any queries we had. Off road parking for 2 cars. Good storage for personal effects during the stay. Good tv to watch the Paris Olympics!. 😢: Air conditioning was only available down stairs. It was very hot at night. Hot air rises … cool air sinks! Our host kindly moved a single bed downstairs in advance of our stay but advised the unit downstairs was for the whole villa. That did not work. Another member of our party slept on the sofa down stairs. Recommend installation of air con in all bedrooms. Another bathroom would be useful but separate toilet downstairs and upstairs was ok - there were only 4 of us - villa sleeps 6. Secure safe for valuables would have given a little more assurance..
