Jean really does go above...
#128578; Jean’s property was extremely close (walking distance) to tram, train, and bus station, but it was central to everything, restaurant and beach bars included.
#128577; For what you pay, location, and the outstanding apartment what Jean offers you can’t complain.

Relaxing holiday in Nice and...
#128578; Very clean, very comfortable. Friendly helpful host, Jeanluc, easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble!
#128577; Nothing

Had a great stay - the owner took a pride in ensuring everything was okay and provided information on the area. Very welcoming. Apartment was a good size. There are daily markets at the local tram stop as well as supermarkets in the area. Quiet location, about 20mins walk into the old town along the main shopping road. Would recommend
