VILLA LES YUCCAS - Pool - Sea view - Villa

😊: We liked it was close to Cagnes sur mer area and had good views. Pool was nice but there was too much garden furniture. Isabelle was very nice and helpful and the pool was very clean. A good sunny spot facing south.. 😢: The road up was steep..there was a mention of steep somewhere, but I hadn't appreciated how steep. I came home with so much pain in my knee after climbing up and down and only did so by taxi the last couple of days. We were also expected to take the rubbish in the black bin down to the very bottom and back again. Did do this once, but too much to expect on a steep climb like that. We didn't realise there was a resident cat we had to feed. Fine if you like cats..

😊: A very modern and well equipped villa. The outdoor area was brilliant.. 😢: The villa has a resident cat therefore it would’ve been beneficial to know this beforehand as some of our party have allergies..

😊: Stayed in the villa with 6 friends and there was plenty of room for us all - plenty of chairs and loungers on the terrace and by the pool, good kitchen and dining facilities, plenty of towels, essentials provided (oil, tea, coffee, loo roll, cleaning products etc). Communication with the host was great and had a full tour on arrival. The approach to the villa is up a very steep drive, and a 5 min drive to the nearby town. Car is recommended, although bus stop nearby and taxis available. There is a pet cat living here which is very tame. Highly recommend for a stay with friends.. 😢: We were all pet friendly so the cat's presence wasn't an issue but could be a problem for people with allergies..

Exceptional<br>#128578; Everything - we loved how everything we could possibly need was there. Beautiful home, pool was fabulous and so many areas to sit. Perfect for a family holiday:)

Perfect location (Central and easy travel to for French Riviera [Monte Carlo and Cannes, other]), Perfect Amenities (everything you need and more), Beautiful house on the hillside overlooking Nice and Key Landmarks, Perfect!!! The house could easily accommodate a group of 10+ and with comfortors, even more. Great for a family reunion!!! Gli spazi ampi e ben divisi dispone di tre camere doppie con bagno, più una camera con letto a castello con adiacente un bagno con solo wc e lavello. Molto bello anche il giardino e lo spazio piscina. Le foto pubblicate non rendono del tutto giustizia agli ambienti.
