😊: Host was lovely who met us on arrival to give us the keys and show us how everything worked, and then also met us on the day of departure to hand back the keys. Host spoke very good english considering we speak no french! Location was so peaceful and quiet. You could see and hear so many lovely birds when sitting outside which we enjoyed. Probably around a 20 minute walk into the local village, but otherwise you need a car to get anywhere but we didnt mind that as we wanted somewhere quiet away from the towns and roads etc. Villa is set on a huge plot with a massive garden and electric gates to the front so its very private and secure which we liked. 3 bedrooms were all doubles, the main bedroom had a shower and sink but no toilet, the toilet is separate just outside the bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms were both spacious. There is another shower room with dual sink and toilet to serve these 2 rooms. The villa is so big inside, plenty of room for a large family. The attic room upstairs was great fun for playing pool which we made use of this a lot. The TV in the huge lounge was a smart TV which was great as we could log into Netflix, Prime or Disney + etc or there is a blu ray player if you want to bring your own films with you. Very enjoyable while we were away. The Kitchen was adequate and had everything you could think of, even a soda stream! There is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and large cloths dryer. The pool is half and half depth wise. Probably not great for small children as even in the shallower end, the water came up to above my waist. It was heated to 25c throughout our stay which helped and made it pleasant for swimming. I would definitely recommend this villa and we enjoyed our 7 night stay here.. 😢: Not much to not like. Some thicker curtains on the windows in the bedrooms would have been nice as they were very thin so it was bright in the mornings. Some more dishwasher tablets would have been nice as only 2 left and we were there a week. Not deal breakers though. Dont hesitate to book, the villa is great..

The family and i had a fab time at the villa. The kids were in the pool all the time and we loved the amount of space the kids could roam in. The villa was lovely and it was very clean. We were greeted on site by Jean Luc who gave us run if pkace and spoke English and Theirry was welcoming maintained good communication in the lead up to our visit. Thanks again we had a lovely holiday

the villa is in a peaceful location, it is well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. The heated (and lit) pool is fabulous at the end of a hot day, and even when the weather is not so great. The villa manager (Jean-Luc) is friendly and helpful and always available in case theres a problem (there were none) but stays discrete and unobtrusive to allow us to relax and focus on our break

We stayed for 2 weeks with the family and a baby of 4 months. The house has many space and everything you need is available. Just the pool was a little too cold for the baby 25 degrees. Environment was very quiet😀 We enjoyed our stay👍

the owner and manager are very kind helpful and quick to reply to messages. The villa is comfortable, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The heated pool is wonderful (even when the weather is bad !) The grounds include some cool shaded spots to sit under some trees and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. We planned many trips out to visit touristic sites but were very happy to sacrifice a few excursions in exchange for days spent at this villa

Large house in quiet location but well positioned for day trips to local attractions. Games room with pool table was lots of fun. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very spacious house and garden, with lots of space for kids to explore. Pool was deeper than expected which made swimming difficult for the children, but they still had fun.

Très bon accueil,belles prestations, beaucoup d'équipement on se sent bien au calme sans vis à vis ,juste un petit bémol manque quelques jeux pour des petits enfants toboggan, balançoire et autres dommage vu l'ampleur du jardin sinon magnifique Un grand merci au propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli

Très agréable maison au calme, à deux pas des vignes, tout en étant à moins de 10 minutes de Carcassonne. La villa est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien, si ce n'est de temps pour rester plus longtemps ! Gros plus : la piscine chauffée à 29° grâce à une pompe à chaleur ; quand il fait 38° dehors, on n'a aucune difficulté à entrer dans l'eau.
