😊: Host greated us for easy checkin. The kitchen had all essentials. Comfortable bed. Great bakery just around the corner.. 😢: Overall the place was great. Walk to Old Nice was a bit longer than we expected..

😊: Great location. Close to Port where the tram from airport stops and close to Nice Riquer station. Lovely welcoming staff. Amenities good. Liked the balcony. The bed is a pull down bed. It can feel a little cramped by the toilet and the front door but that is minor issue. Lots of plug sockets. Would stay here again. Flexible about check in time. Good communication.. 😢: Quite small but to be honest we only used it as a bed for the night as we were out all day..

😊: A safe location with private garage to park my car. There are lots of food choices nearby.. 😢: There is no shampoo, no bath gel, how do U expect tourists to bath comfortably? The mattress is a bit sofe for comfort too..

😊: Well located between the marina/promenade and the train station. VERY FRIENDLY HOST. We'll appointed kitchen. Many channels (Eglish and others) on the tv. Elevator.. 😢: Liked everything..
