Exceptional<br>#128578; Location was amazing, close to the sea and not a long walk from train station. Roomy, comfy, and had literally so many amenities that we couldn’t use all of them on our trip. Washing machine and A/C were huge bonus on our long trip around France. Hosts were very quick to respond to messages and let us keep our bags there after check out so we could explore the old city before our flight.

Perfect stay!<br>#128578; Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved our stay here! The place was clean with all the facilities as it states online. The location was perfect too, with the tram being only a 5 min walk which went up to the station we were able to visit other towns nearby, as well as being right next to the beach in Nice! There’s also loads of restaurants and cafes just below the accommodation. The host was lovely and very accommodating to us as well :)

Exceptional<br>#128578; We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the beach and the centre of Nice which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The train station is close. There is a lovely balcony and kitchen area with a coffee machine, fridge, washing machine. The bed is comfortable. The host is very friendly and easy to contact.

Pleasant stay<br>#128578; Convenient location. Can find restaurants and shops right downstairs. Close to the beach. Have a laundry machine and a small kitchen with microwave and mini fridge. Have a small balcony outside but I didn’t use that much as there are little bugs outside. The host replied message quickly and was helpful.<br>#128577; Nothing

Pour profiter du meilleur emplacement...<br>#128578; Très proche de la plage Hôte sympathique Studio bien aménagé Salle de bain très jolie et particulière avec son carolate bleu qui rappelle la mer Il y’a une terrasse Coin cuisine très jolie Il y’a la Clim et un petit téléviseur Immeuble sécurisé en plein centre<br>#128577; Le wifi ne marchais pas J’ai trouvé le Checkin un peu trop tardif (16:00) par rapport au Check out qui est à 10:00. 6h pour préparer un studio semble beacoup. Le canapé lit n’est pas trop confortables. Je conseillerais pas pour plus de quelques jours
