😊: The apartment is in good place. It is good size for two to three person. It was easy to contact owners via app. It has all the reasonable items needed, washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher and so on.. 😢: The apartment was little bit hard to find and stairs up requires normal movement ability. So not suitable to people who has difficulties in movement. A little bit loud, but when apartement is so close to city center... It is natural that there are sounds from the street and people in there..

😊: A great place to stay in Caen! Let me start with the most important aspect — the people. Communication was excellent: before arrival, I received all the necessary information, and during my stay, any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. As for the apartment itself, it's spacious, comfortable, well-furnished, and well-equipped. Everything was very clean. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable, and so was the sofa in the living room. If you’re planning to sleep in the living room, it's worth noting that the windows overlook a popular pedestrian street with a few venues, so you might hear some noise. However, it was just normal conversation-level sounds — no loud parties — and it didn’t bother us at all. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!.
