😊: Myself and my partner had such a wonderful stay at L'albizia, we loved everything about this villa. We had the whole place to ourselves. It was very well kept and clean and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful, and made it easy to locate and enter the villa. They also provided us with a booklet of local bus routes, markets, bars and clubs to help with our stay. We had access to the lovely garden and the pool which was our favourite part of our stay. The weather was incredibly hot so being able to hop in the pool after a long day was like heaven! One of our favourite stays of all time, we will definitely be back.. 😢: I have no complaints. The location is good. No noise from neighbours. The villa is beautiful..

😊: We had a truly wonderful stay at L'Albizia. The apartment is part of a large villa and offers everything you could hope for in a relaxing holiday. It was spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen where almost everything felt brand new. The swimming pool and the expansive garden were real highlights—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. The location is ideal if you're looking to escape the tourist crowds. Set on a hill above Nice, the area is peaceful and offers a fantastic view of the sea. Thanks to the elevated position, the temperature was very pleasant, and although air conditioning is available, we never needed it—just the fan was enough. Self check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the property manager was excellent throughout our stay. When we arrived, we discovered that the fridge wasn't working, but to our surprise and delight, a brand new fridge was delivered and installed the very next day. That kind of prompt and thoughtful customer service really stood out. After a disappointing experience the week before at another accommodation, staying at L'Albizia completely turned our holiday around. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-cared-for getaway near Nice..
