😊: It was near public transportation and in a quiet neighbourhood.. 😢: The building in itself is very dirty and looks horrible. I could get past that, but it was smelling bad constantly either from other people, either from the sewerage. There were a lot of cockroaches and the bed was floor level so we always checked the bedding for them. The blanket was dirty. There were spider webs everywhere. The shower and the toilet were not clean when we arrived. It was pretty hard to find when we got to the location and we could not get in touch with the owner. Also, after I wrote the problems in private (after our booking was done), the owner didn't even bother to answer. I understand it's France and that the prices ar higher, but to charge nearly 100 euro a night for this is a cime. The apartement is very small. The pictures are taken very well, but do not reflect the reality. The bathroom is tiny..

😊: The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We have found coffee, tea, oil, sugar, a bottle of wine, salt and many other in the kitchen. Bathroom also has all the toiletries you need. The bus station is near the building. Also you may reach the beach in 10 minutes walk, and grab some coffee, fresh fruits by the way. In five minutes walk you will find supermarkets, drug store and an extra delicios bakery.. 😢: What you need to know before you book this apartment is cockroaches. During the stay we killed around 10 of them. The apartment itself looks nice, but the building doesn't. When we arrived we had to wait the elevator for a few minutes, so we decided to go upstairs. We'd better not have done that. The stairwell is the reason of the cockroaches. It looked like an abandoned, it had wet floor and a very bad smell. The whole building needs pest control asap. When you walk up the street it is very easy to understand you are about to reach home in a minute- the smell of the sewage system will help you immediately. Despite the apartment is looks nice, it is very tiny. I can't say this is an disadvantage, but for example there was not enough space in the bathroom the dry yourself with a towel. My opinion there was too much useless decoration in the apartment. We had four chairs for two persons in a room 16m2. There was literally imposible to walk. If one person is sitting and the other wants to walk the first person has to get up and move the chair. And only one of the chairs was suitable for the table, the other tree were too low. Also, we have been feeling the lack of the AC. There was a fan, but it doesn't deliver the cool air. For this reason the window was always open, but even this could not be solution- cigarets smoke came from the neighbors regularly. When I was booking this apartment is has 9,5 rating. I really can't understand why. It will be ok for one person who is not afraid of cockroaches..

😊: It looked exactly like the photos, very private and very close to bus stations! The apartment was decorated beautifully, (not that that matters but always makes the place feel more homely). The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The private washing machine was a must for us!. 😢: There’s nothing I can say to fault this apartment..
