L11 Staywizus - Claire Fontaine Sea view 2 BDR AC Parking swimming pool

😊: Property was really spacious and lovely to have a balcony with sofas and a table. The hosts were excellent - really informative and responsive. Good facilities in the apartment and great communication with hosts if needed.. 😢: Ok - so the location is a little further out, but that was ok for us as we had a car and had expected this, parking space is small (which you will have seen mentioned on multiple posts) - we had anticipated this and although really tight it was achievable to park with some help. The thing that really ruined the stay for us was how unfriendly the residents were - we got told off for being noisy at the pool - now I wouldn’t mind but we definitely were not rowdy and were just laughing! Then the second time we went to the pool a bunch of residents literally barked at us as one of us hadn’t read the sign about having hair tied back then proceeded to stare at us until we felt uncomfortable enough to leave. The pool itself is really basic which was fine as we had expected it and literally only wanted a quick dip after long hot days and exploring. Also the toaster tripped the electric so we couldn’t use it..

😊: Good view and quite big and comfortable.. 😢: Kitchen basin was blocked..

😊: The property is located in a very beautiful location overlooking the Nice shoreline. It was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was calm and quiet. The city and public transportation was reachable within few minutes of walk..

😊: Very good size, well equipped, nice interior, great balcony with a wonderful view on the blue sea.. 😢: Parking is in the basement but is really very narrow for a larg(er) car - in the end we parked the car on the streetside and that went fine. For myself, I wished there was a shop or bakery in the neighborhood. Public transport: You can take the bus # 10 (busstop opposit the gate) down to Magnan, or bus # 34 to Fabian - both stops for the metro, very convenient. I bought a weekticket for the Public transport (Ligne d’Azur)..

😊: Wonderful stay with truly lovely hosts! The apartment was very comfortable, fully equipped, and located in a calm area — perfect for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The location is well connected to the Promenade, with easy access to Nice city center and the airport. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available via WhatsApp, making everything smooth and stress-free. Secure parking in the basement was a great bonus. We felt very well taken care of and would gladly return!.
