😊: Lots of space and very friendly staff.

😊: The best part of the apartment was the upstairs bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. The location was outstanding and couldn't have been better. It is right in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, within easy walking distance of numerous cafés and attractions, including Café Caumont. The coffee machine worked well, and the complimentary coffee provided was a nice touch. The apartment is well suited for two adults . Overall, I believe this apartment has excellent potential because of its fantastic location. With some basic housekeeping, decluttering, and attention to maintenance and safety, it could offer a much better guest experience.. 😢: 1. Key collection was unnecessarily difficult. The instructions were only in French, making it difficult for non-French speakers to locate the correct lockbox, especially since there were two. Even after calling for assistance, I was simply sent the same written instructions. I eventually had to ask a neighbour for help. A simple photo showing the correct lockbox or a small identifying label would have made the process much easier. While my limited French (even with Google Translate) may have contributed, clearer instructions would greatly improve the guest experience. 2. The apartment needs better housekeeping and storage management. There were bags of old clothes and other materials stored under the staircase and inside the wardrobe. The wardrobe, which is simply a curtained wall recess, was completely filled with unused clothing and a small tabletop ironing board, leaving virtually no space for guests. It also appeared quite dusty and untidy. Clearing this storage area and installing a proper full-size foldaway ironing board would make a significant difference. I was here to attend a wedding, and i dearly missed a good ironing board after a long flight. 3. Electrical cables require attention. The TV area (which has a very small monitor) had loose, coiled cables scattered around. More importantly, I almost received an electric shock while trying to locate the switch for one of the lamps. The electrical installation, particularly the earthing, should be inspected as a matter of safety. 4. General cleanliness could be improved. The floors and lampshades were dusty, and I found myself walking around in socks to avoid the dirt. 5. Bathroom amenities were limited. The shower area is quite small and may not be comfortable for taller guests. In addition, no guest toiletries such as shampoo or soap were provided. I have photographs documenting all of the above observations. I would prefer not to post them publicly. Please request privately if evidence is needed..

😊: Location in old city. Unusual app. Good instruction for the check in. No problem at all..
