Lovely & sunny loft heart of Nice with A/C!

😊: Property itself was fantastic.. 😢: The alleyway to get there is quite dirt. Would have liked to have shower gel/shampoo already available - we bought and left it there..

😊: The property is airy and bright with everything you need for a short stay. It is well located, being close to the main train station, with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and bars all close to hand. It is close to tram line 1 and within easy walking distance to tram line 2, and the old town is only a 10-15 minutes walk. The property was thoroughly clean, and supplied with toilet paper, towels, hand soap, adequate plates and cutlery, a dish washer and a washing machine, with enough detergent for a short while. There are two flights of steep stairs to negotiate at entry: people challenged in this way had better look elsewhere..

😊: The apartment was comfortable and spacious enough. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. The location was perfect for our needs — everything was within walking distance and very convenient.. 😢: The access to the building could be nicer; however, it is the price to pay for being close to the railway station, I guess..

😊: I stayed almost 3 weeks in this perfect cosy confortable and clean appartement. Had good contact with the friendly and adequate renter but only contact through internet. The location of the appartement is great - close to the station tramways shops and restaurants.. 😢: The bedroom is not really separate but a higher floor within the attic-room but no issue for me. The bed is simple, quite low but reasonably confortable. The main issue was the little road where the entry is: quite stinky, dog and cat poo everywhere as well as garbage, and some strange people hanging around. Feels uncomfortable although I had no real issues..

😊: The place was very cozy and exactly as pictured. It was very clean and organized. We were able to come and go like our own home..
