😊: Central Location, good & safe residential neighbourhood, spotlessly clean apartment, comfortable beds, good aircon. Comfortable for a family of 3. Apartment is on first floor, there is elevator.. 😢: While shower area is huge, WC is separate in very very small area without any exhaust. Kitchen ware needs to be replaced. Electric kettle is in a non usable state. Towels are worn out. You are expected to get your own dishwashing tablets, detergent, shampoo etc..

😊: Bathroom was excellent - large, wall to wall mirrors and a super design of a shower. Location is very good - equidistant (10-15 minutes) between the station and the beach - and the madness of the Old Town.. 😢: You have to hand over €700 in cash as a deposit - you get it back but......

😊: The location is perfect- short walk to the beach, tram stop , restaurants and train station. 1st floor apartment- serviced by a lift. The apartment was very large. 😢: The paint was peeling off the walls in the hallway & bathroom The kitchen units were very "tired" looking and didn't feel clean. The whole apartment felt in need of a refresh /redecorating update & then it would be perfect.

We really enjoyed the apartment,...<br>#128578; I thought the apartment itself was spacious, clean and perfect for 4 people.<br>#128577; The hob was broken and the air conditioning wasn't particularly powerful.

Great apartment is the centre...<br>#128578; A great, large apartment, perfect for our family. Had all the amenities needed.<br>#128577; A bit of renovation and TLC is needed for such as expensive flat. The bathroom clearly needs some restoration.
