😊: Proximity to train station very good. Otherwise area isn’t great. Also annoying having to pay a damage bond before entry instructions are sent. This is the first time we’ve had to do this with booking.com and would not have stayed here had we realised prior to booking. Host was proactive in responding to our questions. Bed was comfortable..

😊: Nice, bright and spacious and well decorated. Comfy bed and extra pillows. The bathroom was good and a good sized fridge.. 😢: A fan or two would not go amiss especially when it's really hot and it was when we were there. The kitchen could do with some work. The instructions around checking in should be a lot easier to initially get into the building. We understand security is key but you need a code to get in the front door which was not provided. We followed the instructions and if it wasn't for someone letting us in who knows how long we would have been standing outside..
