😊: overall it matched the pictures and was comfortable and had all amenaties. 😢: odd to have the ensuite with a sofa bed that was not made up. The key pick up was a mess and would suggest they change this process. not the owners fault as it was very hot and with no aircon it made enjoying the stay in the appartmnet could not be fully enjoyed..

😊: Convenient location. Spacious apartment. 😢: A little more pre arrival info … found key box - eventually. Fortunately someone was exiting the garage and they told me how to access garage. No information about what to do with keys on departure so we put them back where we found them..

😊: Great location for exploring Caen. River cycle path was lovely into the city. The terrace was great although a working umbrella would have helped with the extreme heat. Car park was good. Frustrating we could not get the tv working as we wanted to keep up with the Tour de France (the purpose of our visit).. 😢: The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows thin. More dishing washing tablets and tea towels would have been useful..

😊: Great location, clean tidy plenty of room for a family very roomy and comfortable for a family. Would highly recommend. Great location & instructions for arrival. We can’t really fault this accommodation only one minus not enough pillows!!. 😢: As mentioned before not enough pillows for a family unless you like sleeping flat..
