😊: Very good location, good air-conditioning.. 😢: Directions/instructions misleading or worse. Unhelpful, unapologetic staff. Intermittent hallway lighting making unlocking/locking the door difficult, terrible smell of drains in the shower, electric ring but no saucepans/cooking utensils, some cutlery but no forks. No bedside lighting..

😊: The location i nice. The stuff was kind when I couldn't find where the key was. The room was clean but there were lots of dust on the skirting board.. 😢: No electric kettle but coffee machine and it's broken. No knives, only spoon. There was Gas stove but no pot or pan. The showrooms smell terrible. Fridge was not cold, maybe broken? I didn't expect the window view of air-conditioning fan. I will not coke back.

😊: It was a great location for everything! The Main Street is only a couple of blocks away and is easy to get around Aix-en-Provence. It was spacious and nice.. 😢: The shower don’t smell nice, and the shower heads were growing green mould or rust. There were no pots or pans to use the stovetop so it was useless. The TV had no signal so it was also useless. The communication was slow..

😊: Perfect location. Walking distance to all the touristic spots. Perfect for solo travelers or couples that are traveling without a car. Very clean and organized. Self check-in make it very easy and private.. 😢: Everthing was ok during my time there.
