😊: -. 😢: One of the most disappointing stays I have ever had. We stayed for 2 nights. First, we were 2 people and they only had 1 pillow in the room. The blanket was wet on the floor when we arrived. Second, we contacted the host and asked him for a second pillow and a blanket he told us that he would take care of that in the morning. When we arrived back to the apartment next day even-though we were very clear about what we needed all he did was throw one extra pillow on the bed , we contacted him asking about the rest things we asked for but he e did not respond after that to any of our texts or calls. The apartment was dirty, the toilet was blocked , the flash wouldn’t work, it is a very noisy place as it is underground you can hear everyone walking and talking outside. It is the first time i write bad comments on booking but I believe that this situation shouldn’t stay unnoticeable and especially when you go on holidays , the place you stay plays an enormous role. Safe, comfort, attention - dismissed..
