Nice Sea View Apartment Pool Terrace AC 1 bedroom - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: I don’t really have an answer.. 😢: 1) accommodation false advertising with the title “pool apartment “ which you have to pay for. 2) mould alcohol left in cupboards in apartment 3) the apartments next door are having refurbishment so very loud and noisy, could of been nice for the hosts or someone to tell us so we are aware. 4) didn’t like the fact no one was accommodating after paying over 1k to stay would have been nice to be shown around but inside we found our own way around. 5) I made requests soon as I booked this accommodation couldn’t get hold of no one for the apartment I had to call and chase them up to get a response and booking.com did have to as well. 6) apartment description said iron and Mini Bar and NOTHING imagine travelling hours and you get to your apartment late and no cold drinks. 7) some staff I did manage to speak to we’re kind but unfortunately the communication wasn’t there. 8) had to walk nearly 40 minutes to even find a shop. It’s not really close to anything..

😊: We were met and shown to the apartment after parking our car. We should have paid more attention to where we were going though. The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Situated in a residential area of Nice away from the main drag. This was fine for us as we had our car with us. Lovely view from the balcony and you could actually see the sea. We didn’t use the swimming pool but did have dinner at the restaurant on arrival, the food was good with limited choice. Very welcoming host and everyone we met was very helpful. The only thing I would point out is there was renovations taking place in one of the other apartments. The noise got a bit tedious but if you rent in a residential area then you expect some day-to-day living noise. Some local area knowledge would have been helpful. It took us awhile to find the little shop and bakers which was a couple of streets from the apartment. So a map with points like this marked would be helpful for other guests.. 😢: We got lost a few times in the garage as it is like a maze, but we found our way in the end. Note to self - take more attention of the directions on arrival..
